About Flatscout

Our mission is to take the pain out of property search — by putting every listing in one place, surfacing the data that actually matters, and automating the endless checking so you never miss the right home.

Why we built it

Anyone who has searched for a home in the UK knows the routine: the same search re-run across three portals, listings with no floor area and no history, and the good ones gone before you even saw them. The information exists — it's just scattered, incomplete, and slow to reach you.

We started Flatscout because we believed the process could be fundamentally better. Not another portal, but a layer on top of the whole market: one that gathers every listing, decodes it with the data agents leave out, and does the watching for you — automatically, around the clock.

The result is a search that works the way it always should have: you describe what you want once, and the right homes come to you — first, and with the full picture.

What we stand for

Everything, in one place
You shouldn't need four tabs and three accounts to see the whole market. Every listing, from every major source, on a single map.
The data agents don't show
Price history, true floor area, time on market, catchments, commute times. The numbers that actually decide a home — and give you leverage to negotiate — surfaced, not buried.
Speed is fairness
Good homes go to whoever hears first. Instant alerts mean you compete on being ready, not on refreshing portals at midnight.
Automation over admin
Save a search once and the system does the checking — around the clock, across every source — so you can get on with your life.

How it works

We aggregate
Listings from 70,000+ UK agents, collected continuously and refreshed every minute.
We enrich
Each listing is cross-referenced with EPC records, price archives and area data to build the full picture.
We watch
Saved searches run day and night. The moment something matches, you know — by email, WhatsApp or Telegram.

Coverage

Listings are sourced live from the UK's biggest property websites, always with a direct link back to the original listing.
